Lastly, the Run-off segment is responsible for managing a portfolio of legacy products, which encompasses structured settlements, pension risk transfer agreements, specific company-owned life insurance, funding agreements, and universal life policies bolstered by secondary guarantees. Established in 2016, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
