Tyra Biosciences, Inc. is a preclinical biopharmaceutical company focused on innovating treatments to tackle tumor resistance and enhance patient outcomes in oncology. Its flagship product candidate, TYRA-300, is a highly selective inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR)3, specifically engineered for the treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
