By December 31, 2021, the company's portfolio consisted of 126 surgical facilities—specifically, 108 ambulatory surgical centers and 18 surgical hospitals—situated across 31 states. Founded in 2004, Surgery Partners, Inc. maintains its headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee.
